Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, proudly supporting the organisation’s culture of collaboration and innovation.
We source and roast our own coffee and make almost everything in store from scratch, including a wide variety of fresh catering, delivered free anywhere in the QE2 Medical Centre.
Using organic, seasonal and sustainable local produce, we’ve crafted a menu of mindfully good food and high quality coffee. We are proud to showcase the delights of our chefs, local artisans and producers, and seasonal ingredients, to bring our delicious food to your plate and pantry.
WE ROAST OUR OWN COFFEE
Our blend changes seasonally with coffee crop cycles while always being made up of specialty grade microlot coffee that has scored 88 points or higher.

30% Brazil Marimbus
35% Mexico Los Milagros
35% Colombia El Meridiano
The Brazil and Mexico coffee provide chocolate and hazelnut flavours while the Colombian coffee adds red grape, orange, toffee notes.
